Shipping destinations

Lumiflex Recovery currently ships to addresses in the United States only. Available delivery options and any address restrictions are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimate

Our current estimated delivery time is approximately 7 days from the date you place your order, although some orders take longer. This is an arrival estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Actual timing can vary by item, destination, carrier, and supplier availability. Any more specific delivery estimate shown for your order at checkout applies to that order.

Delivery dates are estimates. If we learn that we cannot meet a shipment commitment, we will notify you, provide updated information, and offer the delay-consent or cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.

Fulfillment and tracking

Orders are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. Products may ship from different locations, including outside the United States, and items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. We remain your point of contact for order support.

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address provided with your order. Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you place your order. We do not describe shipping as free unless the checkout offer states that it is free.

Address issues, delays, and missing parcels

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If it needs correction, email info@lumiflex1.com promptly. Once a parcel is in fulfillment or transit, an address change may not be possible.

If your order is delayed, has not arrived, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact info@lumiflex1.com with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier and help resolve the issue. A carrier scan alone does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
