These terms apply to your use of lumiflex1.com and purchases from Lumiflex Recovery, operated by Lumiflex. Contact us at info@lumiflex1.com. Our public business mailing address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the commerce platform; Lumiflex Recovery is responsible for the products and customer service we offer.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where applicable. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping details. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, payment fraud, unauthorized access, malware distribution, or infringement of another person's rights.

Products and orders

We aim to describe products, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors and images. Product availability can change.

Placing an order submits an offer to purchase. An automatic order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order; it does not guarantee product availability. If an item is unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you rather than charge an increased price without your agreement. If an affected order is canceled, we will refund amounts paid for the canceled items and any related charges as applicable.

We may decline orders reasonably suspected of fraud or unlawful activity. We will not use this provision to override consumer rights or avoid a refund that is due.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. You authorize the payment method you provide to be charged the amount you approve at checkout. Future price changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

We currently ship within the United States using third-party fulfillment suppliers. Review our Shipping policy for delivery estimates and our Return and refund policy for the 30-day return window, return instructions, costs, and refund process. Those policies form part of these terms. We remain your customer-service contact even when a supplier ships your order.

Product use and safety

Follow the instructions, precautions, and warnings supplied with each product. Product descriptions and general information on our website do not replace professional medical advice or establish a medical diagnosis. Do not use a product in a way inconsistent with its instructions. This statement does not exclude product warranties or remedies required by law.

Website content and outside services

Website content, branding, images, and designs belong to Lumiflex Recovery or their respective owners. Personal use of the store does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without authorization.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content and services. Review their terms and privacy notices before providing information or making a purchase there.
